Eric enters the wrestling tournament only to find out that no one else is willing to face the Pitax champion, 52. At first 52 appears to be winning as he is very difficult to hurt. Then Eric hurls 52 to the ground time and time again. Eventually 52 begins to spark and finally he freezes in place. Eric tears his arms and legs off.

Declin enters the bragging competition for Solvania. He tells the tale of the party's battle with the Graul family ogres. Declin represents Solvania in the dagger throwing competition. Declin faces the same competitors  that  he did in the archery competition. At first the audience is bored but when Declin scores a perfect bullseye on the blue target the crowd is shocked. Then Declin sticks his next dagger in the back of the hilt of his first dagger and the crowd goes wild. Afterward the crowd now refers to Declin as Rabbit, short for the rabbit prince.

Rushlight Tournament day 3- Foot Tilt

Gregor and Eric enter the foot tilt. When both their names are drawn for the 4th combat in the first round, Gregor decides to forfeit and Eric continues to the 2nd round alone. In round two Eric faces a deadly gladiator and is soundly trounced. The gladiator faces a 2nd troll in the final round and as the first, he tears it to pieces.

Rushlight Tournament day 2- Midnight Joust
Gregor Fog enters the Midnight Joust. Gregor finds out that, unlike a normal knightly joust, the combatants are required to be roaring drunk. After a number of drawn out and comical jousts, Gregor faces his final opponet, an unarmored Kellid barbarian. The barbarian's agility and rage allowed him to crush his opponents. Against Gregor, however, the barbarian's lack of armor leads to his decisive defeat.

The pcs travel from Drelev to Oleg's trading post in Solvania. There the pcs meet with messengers from Queen Arsinoe who tell them that they must head quickly to Pitax for the Rushlight Tournament. Glade decides to continue on to the Nomen centaurs by himself while the human pcs travel on to the Rushlight Tournament.

The pcs travel to Drelev in order to return the captive women to their families. On the way, Terrion Numesti offers his daughter, Tamary, to the pcs as a reward for her rescue, as previously promised. Terrion and Tamary decided to stay with the party because they did not feel welcome at Drelev with the Baroness now in command. However Kisandra has already arrived and has moved in with her disreputable lover Satinder Morne much to Terrion Numesti's chagrin.
