4759 Gozran 14th Felgrau, Ustalav

The pcs arrive on the outskirts of Felgrau. They see a tree with werewolves hanging from the branches. The pcs walk up to the tree and are attacked by what is apparently a hangman tree. Hadhod is nearly lynched to death but Glade sets the tree on fire and kills the tree. Then the pcs are sneaking through Felgrau. They are attacked by three mutated werewolves that talk about Hadhod and some wolf spirit.

The werewolves are literally torn apart by Gregor's magic silver sword. The the pcs sneak through the town. They are attacked by a ghost but they put it down before it can possess anyone. Then they stumble across the Prince's Wolves and gain some useful information. Just before reaching the keep they are heard by a Whispering Way cultist and his platoon of skeletons. The cultist began screaming that the "werewolves" were attacking. The hue and cry was picked up by surrounding cultists and in the general tumult a continuous trickle of werewolves and a torrent of skeletons (with cultist leaders) headed in the pcs direction. There followed a 3 way battle battle with the cultists and skeletons against the demon wolves against the pcs. The skeletons generally went attempted to surround the werewolves in order to cut them down.

 The werewolves often attacked Hadhod in order to "turn" him so they only bit him. They would not claw him in order to reduce the chances of killing him out right. For his part Hadhod used Gregor's silver sword on the Demon Wolves to great effect. Gregor destroyed skeletons easily until, eventually, even Auren Vrood was awakened by the clamor and entered battle.

 The cunning use of a command spell by Gregor knocked Auren out the air and ruined his fly spell. A combination of turning and spike growth by Glade obliterated the majority of the skeleton horde. Auren's death at the hands of Gregor and finally Glade caused the cultists to route but not until they ordered the remaining undead to kill everything. The pcs lured the remaining skeletons into the spike growth were they were destroyed. The pcs then looted Auren's lair and discovered a cryptic poem. They also uncover what appears to be the remnants an art project made out of bones. That is tools used to carve bone, carved and broken fragments of bone. What they were making is unknown.

The pcs travel at speed from Lepidistadt to Felgrau which is near the furrows.

4759 Gozran 6th-8th Ustalav Vieland Lepidistadt

Gregor persuades Father Eswayne Cidaimoikis high priest of Gravecharge temple to scry for first Auren Vrood and then later for Kendra Lorrimor. Gregor at first believes that Kendra is being held at Harrowstone prison but Hadhod reminded him that it collapsed. Eventually on the 8th they figure out that Kendra is being held at the village of Feldgrau near the Furrows.

4759 Gozran 6th Ustalav Vieland at Schloss Caromarc

Hadhod and Glade arrive in Lepidistadt.

4759 Gozran 3rd-5th Ustalav Vieland

Gregor rides to Lepidestadt at speed on Chloros. Glade and Hadhod remain at Schloss Caromarc. Gregor finds out that Kendra has been kidnapped by the Whispering Way and that they threaten to maim and murder her if the pcs don't leave Ustalav. Glade returns to Schloss Caromarc at speed. Meanwhile a mimic attempted to join the party but Hadhod threw it off a cliff. Gregor races ahead and returns to Lepidistadt.

4759 Gozran 2nd Ustalav Vieland at Schloss Caromarc

Glade and Gregor rest in the gate keep until dawn and then they go in search of Hadhod. They find Hadhod late morning and return with him to the gate keep. There they find a decapitated troll with whom they have a conversation regarding the Bride. Then the pcs have a conversation with the homunculus of Alpon Caromarc. The gist of it is that Caromarc is being kept at the bring of starvation and dehydration and is desperate for rescue. The pcs decide to rest so that Glade can regain his bat form. Just after sunset Glade flies in bat form to the Bondslave Thrall apparatus. Glade uses the magical machine to control Bride and make her "sleep" on Caromarc's bed. Then glade used the Bondslave Thrall to command Wretch to attack bride. The pcs followed Wretch to Bride and attacked when he attacked. Bride shifted to her patch-work aberration form and fought with ferocity but Hadhod, Gregor, and the controlled Wretch rained blow after blow and she was never able to recover.

Wretch tore her head off. Next Hadhod and Gregor decided they ought to rescue the now trapped Glade. They fought their way to him. First they slew a mummy but not until after it had infected Gregor with mummy-rot.

 Next both Gregor and Hadhod fell into a water filled pit infested with rotgrubs. They were both infect with two rotgrubs and were forced to take extreme measures to kill them. Then Gregor detected undead in another submerged pit but they used rope to avoid that one. Then Hadhod climbed the interior wall to the exit door and they two of them avoided a large swimming monster. Finally they came to the small lab containing Alpon Caromarc's "iron maiden" prison. After a few words, Gregor slew Caromarc in a fit of uncharacteristic rage! At this point Gregor left at speed to Lepidistadt and the temple of Pharasma there in order to have his mummy rot cured.

4759 Gozran 1st Ustalav Vieland at Schloss Caromarc

Arrive at Schloss Caromarc at about an hour after noon. The pcs wait for nightfall and then Glade shapeshifts to bat form and Gregor rubs ethereal oil into him so he can scout the castle complex. A little over an hour Glade returns and reports what he saw to the party. Then the pcs attack the trolls on guard at the gate. First Gregor led them away then Hadhod and Glade attacked from the other side. The trolls eventually tired of this and called their crossbow wielding leader sleeping on top of the gate house.A thorn spell from Glade and hammer blows from Hadhad put one troll in danger. Then the same troll was finished off by a rock barrage from the goblin slaves. The other troll stood little chance against the combined power of the pcs. Then Gregor commanded the troll leader to jump down and the troll jumped into the chasm.

After the trolls the pcs explored the gate house. Then they cunningly lured the flesh golem hound to the portcullis and Hadhod grabbed its paws while Gregor cut them off. The golem-hound stumbled off the bridge and into the chasm. Then the pcs crossed the bridge and entered the large living space keep. In the first room they battled a small bladed iron golem. There was a long stalemate as Gregor was unable to hurt the golem and golem was unable to get past Gregor's shield. 

But eventually the pcs found weak spots and disabled the golem. The pcs found Caromarc's secret treasure compartment but other than the golem the main keep was empty. Then the pcs crossed the next bridge to the laboratory keep. A large explosion had damaged it and it appeared unsafe. Gregor was then attacked by a pair of rust monsters.

 His armor was damaged and his mundane sword was almost destroyed before the beasts were slain. Then the Hadhod attempted to cross a rope and plank bridge. Near the midpoint of the bridge a magical trap conjured a pair of harpies with bows that fired on Hadhod while magically calling on him to fly to them. Hadhod tried but was unable to fly but he fell very well. Hadhod managed to survive the fall and the rapids but was swept far down stream. 

Gregor and Glade were able to resist the siren song of the harpies long enough to send them plummeting into the abyss.  At that point the pcs came face to face with the dreaded Bride. Bride told the pcs to leave and never come back or they would be slain. She then used super human strength to tear the plank bridge asunder. Gregor and Glade decided that it would be a good idea to leave and rescue Hadhod but it was approaching midnight and so they retreated to the gate keep to sleep through till dawn.
